Harleysville native travels to Senegal

A Harleysville native is participating in the Goshen College Study-Service Term in Senegal during this summer, along with 22 other students.
Alysha Landis, daughter of Brad and Lisa Landis of Harleysville, is a junior majoring in journalism. She is a 2007 graduate of Christopher Dock Mennonite High School and attends Salford Mennonite Church. She left for Senegal April 28 and will return to the United States on July 27. Retired Professor of Mathematics Ron Milne and retired Associate Librarian Sally Jo Milne are leading the unit.
Goshen established an SST unit in the French-speaking West African country in 2004 and this is the fourth unit to go to the country.
