SPRINGFIELD, MA -- Rachel M. Bradshaw of Perkasie, has been named to the President's List at Western New England College for the fall semester of 2010. Bradshaw is a Senior majoring in History at the College. Students are named to the President's List for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.80 or higher.
