The North Penn School District announced that North Penn High School senior Megan Hughes has been selected as one of four awardees of the 2010 Won Community Service Center Scholarship.
Hughes was selected based on excellent academic work, interviewing skills, extracurricular achievements and excellent volunteer service to the community. She was honored at a special musical event and awards ceremony on Sunday, April 25 at Won Buddhist Temple in Glenside.
