The following local residents graduated from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia during a ceremony on Wednesday, May 26, as part of the University's 189th Commencement celebration in Philadelphia.

Anik Palit of Hatfield, graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science in biology degree . He is the son of Pankaj and Krishma Palit. Dhruti V. Patel of Hatfield, graduated with a doctor of pharmacy degree . She is the daughter of Vinu J. and Kakila V. Patel. She was a member of American Pharmacists Association. Dipun G. Amin of Lansdale, PA graduated with a bachelor of science in pharmaceutical and healthcare studies degree . Kalpit Mahendra Patel of Lansdale, graduated with a doctor of pharmacy degree . He is the son of Mahendra and Usha Patel. Patel was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta honor society.


Jessie Marie Beighley of Doylestown, graduated with a doctor of pharmacy degree . She is the daughter of Robert Beighley. She was a member of Kappa Epsilon, the American Pharmacists Association, and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
Joseph Michael DeVito, Jr., of Doylestown, graduated with a bachelor of science in health science degree in the physician assistant program. He is the son of Joe and Janice DeVito. He was president of Physicians' Club; was a resident advisor; and served on the conduct policy board.
Lois HeeEun Suk of Quakertown, graduated with a doctor of pharmacy degree . She is the daughter of Keith and Christine Suk.
Nicole Renae Mathis of Norristown, PA graduated with a master of occupational therapy degree . She is the daughter of Marlene and Nathaniel Mathis. She was a member of the Student Occupational Therapy Association, Omega Chi Psi, and the cheerleading squad. Mathis was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta honor society.
Jean Eleanore Dugan of Norristown, graduated with a doctor of pharmacy degree . She is the daughter of Deborah and Paul Dugan. She was a member of the varsity cross country team.
Lauren LaCrosse of Norristown, graduated magna cum laude with a doctor of pharmacy degree . She is the daughter of Thomas J. LaCrosse and Linda Hice LaCrosse. She was a member of the American Pharmacists Association. LaCrosse was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta and Rho Chi honor societies.
Catherine A. Wisniewski of Blue Bell, graduated with a doctor of pharmacy degree . She is the daughter of Thomas and Marylynn Wisneiwski.
