The following local students, all freshmen at York College, received academic scholarships from the College:

Thomas Kaizar of Telford, a Secondary Education - Mathematics major and graduate of Souderton Area High School, received the Dean's Academic Scholarship, awarded to freshmen who graduated in the upper two-fifths of their high school class and have a combined SAT math and critical reading score of 1100-1240.

Nicole Thompson of Ambler, a Elementary Education major and graduate of Hatboro-Horsham Senior High School, received the Dean's Academic Scholarship, awarded to freshmen who graduated in the upper two-fifths of their high school class and have a combined SAT math and critical reading score of 1100-1240.

Dylan Umstead of Green Lane, a Mechanical Engineering major and graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School, received the Dean's Academic Scholarship, awarded to freshmen who graduated in the upper two-fifths of their high school class and have a combined SAT math and critical reading score of 1100-1240.

Kacie Cisarik of Pennsburg, a Nursing major and graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School, received the Dean's Academic Scholarship, awarded to freshmen who graduated in the upper two-fifths of their high school class and have a combined SAT math and critical reading score of 1100-1240.
