Harleysville man named to dean's list at West Chester University

Joseph A. Roatche of Harleysville, son of JoAnne Malcolm and Richard Roatche, was named to the fall 2010 dean's list at West Chester University. He attended North Penn High School and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in education.
