Area students graduate from Georgetown University
The following local residents graduated from Georgetown University last month.
* Paul Biedlingmaier, III of Lansdale. Biedlingmaier, III was one of 1,770 undergraduate students in Georgetown's Class of 2011.
Biedlingmaier, III attended North Penn High School.
* Serafina Buzby of North Wales. Buzby was one of 1,770 undergraduate students in Georgetown's Class of 2011. Buzby attended Mount Saint Joseph Academy.
"The Class of 2011 has made remarkable contributions to Georgetown's community over the past four years," said Georgetown University President John J. DeGioia. "These students are men and women with great gifts and I'm confident they will continue to use their talents to improve our world in the years ahead."
This year's graduating class represents all 50 states and 57 other nations. The youngest among them is 19 while the oldest is 59.
